Appstore Doesn't work

I have got macbook pro(intel; Version- 10.6.8). Earlier my appstore used to work perfectly but it stopped working when i added a user account and changed the administrator to new account everything is fine except the app store in the new acccount. On the other hand the app store works perfectly on old account till now.The appstore in the new account says

                           One Moment Please.

                                                 Connecting to the iTunes Store.

I have itunes in my mac, and it takes forever to start.
