Exporting as quicktime file

Hello,I want to export my video as a quicktime file. I'm exporting using quicktime conversion. My initial footage is AVCHD 1440x1080. This is not an option when exporting. I see 1920x1080 HD and HD 1440x1080 16:9. What should I choose?thank you!
