Deleting games from Gamecenter

How do I delete games from Gamecenter once I no longer have an iPad?   I cannot figure out how to erase all of my iPad games from appearing in Gamecenter.  I still have an iPhone, so I know how to remove iPhone games from Gamecenter (from my iPhone I delete and then it prompts me to "remove from Gamecenter).    Thank you.
